Fox Spiritual Yoga

note from Frances: It is my thought that as you gain control of your innermost consciousness through this Yoga, you will achieve energetic stability in the midst of the chaos that has been predicted. You may also be in charge of your ascension process at a conscious level.

Kundalini is a connection of the Earth to God. It is like an expressway, a very specific path with no detours. You cannot change the path of the Kundalini expressway to what you are ready for. If you are not ready or are blocked in the Kundalini Rising experience, then you either back up or take another road, which is not this direct pathway to god. You can also push through your blocks. Most people cannot push through because they do not have the tools to help them to suffer through or manage the process of Kundalini Rising.

The Fox Spiritual Yoga is to train your consciousness to voluntarily work through the blocks to your Kundalini Rising and your conscious union with God.

What is the quality of your consciousness?

Most humans have a quality of consciousness related to these animals or concepts:

• Dolphin
• Whale
• Eagle

There are other types, which we are not familiar with. Instinctively choose which consciousness feels “right” for you and use it in this exercise.

1. Start with chakra one at the bottom. Sitting in a Lotus position with the hands in the peace mudra.

Visualize  the  secret doorway  called the Brahmahvar 2 inches below the root chakra. Visualize yourself shutting the door to that portal to the underworld as you silently chant these words:

I am powerful and can block the entrance to my being simply by wanting it, visualizing it and feeling it.

You need to do this visualization for 2 minutes, no more and no less.

2. Move up to your first chakra, your root which is inbetween your anus and your genitalia.. Visualize yourself seated on a white lotus flower with big fat petals that extend up to your knees.

Silently chant these words for 5 minutes:

I am protected from unwilling beings that would invade me. I am allowed to protect myself because I have chosen to be one with God.

3. Move mentally up to the second chakra which is two inches below your bellybutton, front and back. Change from a sitting position to a keeling position. Put your hands in the apana mudra shown below,  to stabilize your system.

Visualize rays of orange light entering your sexual chakra from above. Notice that the rays are strong, and feel and look like they are coming from someplace specific, filling your second chakra, and not only leading into your second chakra but also leading out of it.

Take the time to visualize yourself lifting a silver plate up and out of the top of your second chakra, literally throw it away  as you say these words:

You do not have my permission to invade my sacred space.

Do this part of the second chakra exercise several times, until you feel you finished. Some people will take several minutes; others may do it 6 times and feel they completed this part of the yoga.

4. Now take your mind to 6 inches above your belly button. Imagine the color yellow washing over this spot. Imagine that there are dolphins swimming in the yellow water, lifting their heads out of the water and then diving back into the water.

Pay close attention to how hard it is or easy to keep the water flowing. If you have a hard time keeping the water flowing you probably have a hard time properly digesting food. As you do this exercise and achieve the goal of getting the yellow water to flow, you will find your digestion improves.

There is no mantra nor mudra associated with this part of the Fox Spiritual Yoga. If you feel a need to do something with your hands then continue with the Apana Mudra.

5. Find a dolphin that is swimming in the yellow water and imagine it rising up into your heart chakra in the center of your chest. Imagine it with the side of its head pressed against your chest. Then imagine you are using your right hand to caress the dolphin’s head and neck. Do this mantra as you caress the dolphin:

Please God help me with my intention to open my heart to all.

Do this part of the Yoga for 2-3 minutes. When you finish, yawn, and yawn and yawn. If you find you cannot yawn, then  know that your heart chakra  is still closed. Go back and caress the dolphin until you can yawn. If you are struggling to yawn, then go to the next step, knowing your heart chakra is closed. That means your connection to God is blocked and you will struggle with all your projects, the people around you and the 2012 process will be painful.

Just keep going back to imagining the dolphin against your chest throughout the day and keep caressing that dolphin until your heart chakra opens and you can yawn. That will mean you have opened a secret channel to God which will help lubricate your spiritual process.

6. Move the Dolphin up to your throat, the part under your chin that sticks out the most.  Visualize  the Dolphins’ head looking straightforward. You may find that you perceive that the dolphin is twisting and turning every which way. If that is the case then you are experiencing a spontaneous healing and an unraveling of your throat mindstreams (psychic veins). Allow this process to continue until you feel it has finished.

Then flood your throat chakra areas from the top of the nose to the top of your chest with the color blue. Mentally move that color blue throughout those areas. You will find certain parts of your face and neck are hard to imagine or see with the color blue. That means that part of you is not being energized by the energy center that governs it, which is the throat chakra. Pay more attention, taking the time and attention necessary to move the color blue into those areas.

You need to be the judge of how long you should continue to flood the areas with the color blue. If you get tired, then stop and go on to number 7.

7. Find the Dolphin facing forward and have its face pointed up and moving straight up in between your two eyes. With this visualization you may find that area is so blocked the Dolphin is prevented from moving up into the forehead area. If that is the case, then do this mantra silently and with rhythmic breath:

Even though I am afraid of being a master

I love and accept myself.

Chant this silently unless you actually “feel” the dolphins moving up to the forehead.

If you are not able to get the dolphin to move up to the forehead after several minutes, then you are not ready to access your wisdom. Be OK with that for now, promising yourself that you will soon be willing to be all knowing.

If you do get the Dolphin to move up to the forehead, then allow it to swim counterclockwise for several seconds or several minutes, whatever happens naturally.

You may feel the top of your head opening up and receiving and sending out lots of light. Now you are ready to move your Kundalini energy from your second chakra out of the top of your head.

8. Take your awareness down to your second chakra 2 inches below your belly button. Visualize it flooding with the color orange. Silently chant this mantra while you visualize the dolphin swimming up into  a  stream of orange light.

Please God help me with my intention to unite with you again.

Do not become afraid if you have an intense spiritual experience that can even include the sensation of orgasm. Stay silent for at least several minutes and later share the experience if you feel so inclined.

Anoche seguí las instrucciones de tu documento. WOW!!!! esta increíble! Bueno, yo seguí las instrucciones, y no tuve problema con que el delfín subiera de me chakra de al garganta al tercer ojo. La importancia del orgasmo como un camino hacia Dios

¿Podemos decir que el orgasmo humano tiene la misma esencia del éxtasis espiritual? Observar a Santa Teresa debe eliminar toda duda y leer su descripción del “evento” aumenta la posibilidad. Parece que es verdad que la unión de hombre y mujer por la vía del acto sexual y la culminación del orgasmo representan el éxtasis espiritual.

Puede ser una “novedad” para muchos descubrir lo que ya conocen muchos grupos esotéricos: no se necesita el cuerpo de otro ser humano ni necesitas tocar tu cuerpo para lograr el orgasmo. La escultura de santa Teresa y sus palabras lo demuestran.

En diferentes cultos y filosofías se conoce que los seres humanos poseen cuerpos de energía y que éstos tienen un tipo de “vena” que mueve la energía. Recordemos que esas venas, o ríos de energía, se llaman nadis y han sido identificadas en el hinduismo y el budismo.

El proceso normal de las venas es que las nadis masculinas (Pingala) y femeninas (Ida) se reciclan continuamente dentro de sus venas individuales. La meta de la evolución es que las energías masculina y femenina se unan y corran a través de la nadi shusumna. Hay ejercicios mentales que pueden ayudar a lograr la unión de las energías masculina y femenina, pero no los tocaremos aquí debido a que son prácticas espirituales que requieren una guía espiritual apropiada.

Venas psíquicas

Tú puedes tocar a tu Dios por conducto del fluido correcto de las energías masculina y femenina por tus venas psíquicas, sin tocar a otra persona y sin tocarte siquiera a ti mismo/a. Pero esto también sólo se logra después de décadas de prácticas espirituales y, en algunos casos, la santidad.

Obviamente, no muchos podrán alcanzar el estado de unión con Dios vía su energía. Pero puedes lograrlo mediante el acto sexual, con una pareja y con el corazón abierto. Dis-empowering the sexual chakra by overusing the throat chakra

There is a connection between the second, sexual chakra and the fifth, throat chakra. What happens to one affects the other. The results of this connection are fascinating:

1. If you overuse your voice, you debilitate your sexual chakra.

I am not here selling you religion or end times theories.   The fact is that there is a wave of really bad energy called miasms (spiritual plagues) that are sweeping over the Planet that include suicidal energies. You can  either be susceptible or protected from these having to do with  the condition of your aura.

I should have investigated the angle of spirit influence on suicides more. I did not because I believed that people commit suicide because of spirit influence. Spirits that surround them because their aura is broken, whisper in their heads, like a broken record these types of statements: “I want to die”, ” I can’t go on…”,  “I give up”, “Why not?”, “Do it” This litany/broken record  of compulsive thoughts together with despair and a feeling that nothing will get better, does drive people to take their lives.

The voice that says “Do It!” is not yours

Several people that I have interviewed on this subject have confessed that a voice in their head tells them to throw themselves off of the balcony…and they are relieved when they find out during our conversations that that voice is not theirs! Remember the “The Devil made me do it” statement? It may be  more legitimate than we thought!

Today I have a bigger concern. If you remember the article I wrote on the young man who committed suicide ( who had a spirit on top of his body in the casket trying to choke him to death)   had a spirit attachment that    was not aware the young man was already dead…. his mission already  accomplished!

Does that mean  some suicides are not suicides but murder?

My concern  with  suicide today is that contrary to the past,  it is possible that  spirits now can literally drag us to where we would prefer not to go, to that balcony.

We are in 2012, the veils between dimensions are being blasted away, the spirit world is revealing itself as never before, and the spirits have more influence than ever on the physical dimension. As predicted in the Bible and by the Dolphins, they are possessing our bodies and turning us into zombies. And now I believe that we have much more reason to be afraid of them than before. It makes sense if you believe in one of the alternative scenarios about the ending of this cycle on Planet Earth.

• Even though I am afraid I am going to kill myself, I love and accept myself.
• Even though I am going to kill myself, I love and accept myself.

Surrogate mantras

If you are afraid someone close to you is feeling suicidal, then do a suicide mantra as a surrogate. Simply say to God that you wish the mantra to purify the aura of that person. these are some suggestions:

• Please God help me with my intention that he heal his depression.
• Please God help me with my intention that he/she heal his/her desire to die
• Please God help me with my intention that he/she not kill himself.

or

• Even though I am afraid he will kill himself, I love and accept myself

Humans have auras but the planet has an aura also. Cities have auras as do countries. Organizations have auras, as do families. So do buildings…if someone jumps from a building, that building will have a broken aura….the good news is that all of this can repair with a group process of mantras….

Wako Texas

Wako Texas has a broken aura over the northeast section of the city due to the Waco tragedy years ago. A group of fanatics, it would appear, holed themselves up in a compound. The government decided they needed to take over the compound and “save” the people held hostage. The developments included fear, violence and trauma at such a level that the section of the city that the tragedy occurred in sustained damage to its aura. A consequence is that people living in that section of the city, if their individual aura is broken, receive the energies of depression and lethargy or lack of vitality.

If you happen to live in a part of the nation or the world that has had a tragedy such as Wako Texas, it would be especially important to work on your aura so as not to be affected by these energies. We think that our emotional and spiritual dilemmas are ours. We think that the thoughts in our minds are ours. We think that  the emotions we feel are ours. I took care of a client who wanted to know why he was feeling so depressed and down.  When I checked, I asked if he lived on a busy street. I saw that the aura of his home was broken due to noise and movement. He said he lived on a corner of a very busy intersection.  I suggested that he move, if that was possible. When a house has its aura broken due to traffic, it is very difficult to correct the issue.

I continued to “read”, to see if there were other issues. I asked if he lived in a town or city where there had been a tragedy, a war, in the northwest section of town/city. He said yes, he lived in Waco, Texas and the tragedy had happened in the section of town I  identified.  I could see a black and grey cloud over that part of the city, and I knew it was a major part of the person’s depression and lack of vitality.

The client lived in a house with a broken aura, which meant the people living in the house had little protection, and the energy of the neighborhood was very negative due to the tragedy.

This is a conversation Frances had with Dolphins March 28, 2010 about time collapsing, which is also part of the  prophesy in the Bible about end times.

Frances: Hello my people, talk to me about the collapse of time as indicated in my horoscopes

starting March 29, 2010.

When humans started their cycle on this Planet Earth, there was no “time”. That

many seem strange and yet what is really strange is the “time” as you experience it.

Time is actually a block to a lot of information.

Frances: I can see that. I have a friend whose niece calls her “mom”, instead of aunt and when we checked, we found that the child was accurate, the aunt had been her mother in another lifetime….and her brother told his grandmother that she was his daughter….. all this in the last two weeks.

Those are simple examples of what the “collapse of time” will reveal. What may be not so interesting and a lot more difficult is when something contingent on time, such as mortgage payments, no longer has the framework of “time”.

And when a promise is made to do something that should take a lot of time and yet it takes no time at all because of the person’s intention

Frances: So it is not all bad.

On the contrary, the collapse of time and the ensuing chaos is a fabulous opportunity for you to get all in order in the space of a week! You will finish the 3 other books this week when at any other time in written human history, it would have been impossible!

Frances: Anything else we need to know?

Yes, the reason time will collapse is that it is no longer necessary. The Law of Intention and the Law of attraction will determine reality totally. In other words, Intention and the law of magnetic resonance, The Law of Attraction, have created realities within certain boundaries of time and space and others that we will not speak of.

Now the boundary of time will collapse, cease to exist, so that if you want to start and finish a book in a day, you can if you truly intend that.

Intention will determine everything. Intention will determine your reality now, not later. Intention will dominate everything.

Starting next week, one of the biggest blocks to you getting what you want now, now, which is the dimension of time, will cease to block your demand for “now”, now…

We have those comforts and we have lost ourselves

It has been a long time in coming. The struggle has not been to understand what I see but to get people to understand that what I see that they cannot , is important. The struggle for respect for unseen factors and the people that access them continues to be endless but it is a battle I am willing to wage.

It is the battle for the attention of the minds of the people I wish to help that is the real issue. It was always a struggle to get people to pay attention. Before the economic collapse, it was due to overwork and mistaken priorities. Today the issue is the condition of the minds of those whom I wish to “pitch” that is the problem.

Mental Collapse

How did we reach this point of mental collapse? How did we not see it coming? Why did we let this happen? So strange that at this time of full information on the power of the mind, the intelligence and loyalty of animals and the benefit of a flourishing natural setting, that our minds are being lost, even as we speak.

The answer is not the cold war or a hot one, the drop in the value of the dollar, unemployment and fear that the problems are endless without solution. The answer is that we have forgotten human priorities. We have reshuffled the priorities of our lives too often. We needed one TV, and then we needed one in every room. We needed one car to live in a big city, and then everyone in the family needed their own car. Then we needed to speak freely to anyone at anytime. And then we needed to speak even as we drove to work, to anyone at anytime.

We needed help in eating meals because of lack of time so we turned to the microwave to help us rush the ritual of ingesting foods with intentions to sustain us. Those intentions “died” in the blast of heat of the microwave and our insides were left without assistance.

Then we wanted to “see” each other frequently so air travel became affordable but that was not good enough. We wanted to “see” anyone who was wherever, at any time, now! And we do, via computers.

Young children take the same path

We lost our way because when we watched our young children take they same path, we became uneasy. But we could not stop them because it meant we needed to face our same addiction to comforts and unreasonable needs to have what we want now! Now!

We have those comforts and we have lost ourselves

We have those comforts and we have lost ourselves. Our souls have been distorted by the radiations from our comforts. Our hearts have been blemished by our secret knowledge that we are not living right. And we know deep down inside that what we are doing is just plain wrong. We did not need for Al Gore to tell us, we knew. What Al Gore did was shame us into admitting that truth.

It is not too late but it is late

It is not too late but it is late, and we need to hurry and accept from whatever source, suggestions and guidance as to where we were and where we need to go. Our governments cannot tell     us, as they are lost as well. It is within us that the information is hidden. Find it. Outside of ourselves we have the animal kingdom. Speak to them, silently but with faith. And around us we have children, children who can walk us towards fulfillment and safety. Respect them.

God did not abandon us but perhaps we cannot hear him because we are too busy with our devices and our lack of concentration. Go back and find your God. He may be your loyal dog or a squirrel in the back yard. He may be at a beach or he may be the beach. He may be in a church. Go find him but make sure your devices are far away because their radiations may be interfering with the spiritual exchange.
