The Lords’ Prayer with Translation Issues!
I truly do not mean to step on any religious “toes”. I have enough battles as it is. But the reason this translation from Aramaic rings true to me is that it is talking about your energy bodies, how they can get you into trouble and how to stay out of trouble (not get sick, psychologically or physically). This translation also reminds people that they are not victims that need to be “saved” though they do need assistance.
Here’s what Dr. Neil Douglas-Klotz says of the ‘translation’: “Each word in Aramaic can be interpreted several different ways. This is particularly true of the words of a mystic or prophet. In the Jewish tradition, this of multiple interpretation, in which translation becomes a spiritual practice, is called midrash . In my books, I have offered five or six possible interpretive translations of the Aramaic Lord’s Prayer and other sayings of Jesus. “
The Lords’ Prayer as we know it:
Our Father which art in heaven
Hallowed be the name
Thy kingdom come
Thy will be done in earth, as it is heaven
Give us this day our daily bread
And forgive us our debts
As we forgive ours debtors
And lead us not into temptation
But deliver us from evil
For Thane is kingdom, and the power and Glory, forever

Christianity and the energy bodies
Years ago I found what a document that made me ecstatic because it appeared to support the information about the human assemblage and energy bodies. That document (prayer) helped to sustain my faith that I was on the right track in my search for what makes people ill and how people can become masters of their own health and life.
The document was from a series of audio tapes from ……. That particularly document was about the Prayer of Jesus. Keep your lens open; I am not getting religious but yes spiritual. Stay with me so you can understand how to keep your spiritual bodies healthy so your physical body does not get sick.
It appears that the Prayer of Jesus, also called the Lord’s Prayer, was from the King James Bible published in 1611 “the only version familiar to most English-speaking people. It is based on a Greek version that dates from the fourth century C. E. the King James Version of the Prayer of Jesus is as follows:
Our Father which art in heaven,
